Shipping and Delivery
FREE Shipping : For orders above RM100 (West Malaysia only)
Same Day Delivery (GRAB, GoGet, Lalamove, Karhoo Express) : Please contact us to arrange for delivery and payment.
Standard Delivery : Orders are processed same day for purchases before 12PM and take approximately 1-3 business days after shipment (may vary according to courier's circumstances and mailing destination)
FLAT RATE RM20 : Order are processed on the same day for purchases before 12PM.
Approximately 7-10 business days after shipment, and may vary depending on the courier's circumstances.
Returns & Exchange
If there is a problem with the packaging or the product itself, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product via email or any of our social media to arrange an exchange/refund.
For all confirmed defective items, we will reimburse the return shipping fee.
Exchange and refund process
Refund will be made within 7 days upon receipt and inspection.
You can also make an exchange/refund in person at BARRE-D, Damansara Heights, Plaza Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
